Meet Your Functional Health & Wellness Coach
Julia Davidson is a Duke-trained and Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Functional Nutrition Coach of five years. As a former Division I athlete, and self-admitted stress “catcher”, she understands the pressure to perform in all aspects of life. Additionally, Julia has personally seen the physical, mental, and emotional outcomes that chronic stress can take on one’s body when in states of high stress or burnout, and that continues to be her key motivator for helping others put themselves back on the priority list, find daily balance, and better manage stress and anxiety.
Julia designs and runs transformative programs for ‘bad-a**’ high-performing women! These programs, ranging from 5-day resets to intensive 6-week and 12-week journeys, are tailored to help women reset their health and prioritize their well-being. Through a holistic approach that includes functional nutrition, stress management, movement, connection, and the development of sustainable routines, she supports women in reclaiming their health, balancing hormones, boosting their energy, cultivating healthier routines, and achieving a confident, exciting, and fulfilling life.
